I love Perez, gossip is just wonderful - especially when it's not about me. He posted this quote from Barack Obama that made me very happy, despite the comments left by some dip-shits so just ignore those and read what he had to say.
Someone made a comment about Barack being racist in only stating how the African-American communities need to address the issue of homosexuality but that's not how I see it. Instead, I see what I infer that Barack sees - how similar the Civil Rights movement of the 50s and 60s is incredibly similar to the Gay Rights movement of today. It's a group of people being denied basic human rights because of something they can not control. You can not control the fact that you are gay or straight any more than you can control the color of your skin (tanning beds aside).
